Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you information on where to send your package and you will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There is a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price on all returns and exchanges. There is a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price on all opened and unboxed foam products.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Abuse of Return and Exchange Policy
We've created this Return and Exchange Policy to make sure our customers receive the product of their choice. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return and Exchange Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive returns, returning products that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, returning non-Bluewater Dog items and/or routing a return to a non-designated Bluewater Dog return warehouse site. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like the Bluewater Dog Frisbees. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
